Promo codes cannot always be combined with other discounts
Professional accounts that already benefit from reduced prices do not have access to certain promotions / discounts: among other things, there is no free shipping.
A customer/visitor obtains a promo code after performing an "action". Sometimes, this code is obtained AFTER having made a first purchase and is therefore not usable for this first purchase having generated the promo code.
To use a Promo code or a reduction voucher, it must be entered in the summary of your order accessible by clicking on your basket:
1) Sharing our Facebook page

To reach as many new customers as possible, Hobbyreptiles.com is counting on you to spread the company's image on social networks.
1) First, log in to YOUR Facebook profile.
2) Then, on our website www.hobbyreptiles.com (and not directly on our Facebook page!), simply click on a blue Facebook button present in each of the item sheets:
4) This action can be performed 3X maximum.
Please note, if you have already placed an order WITHOUT having used your Facebook promo code, we will not be able to refund the amount of the discount. Your promo code will then still be available for your next order.

Receive once or twice a month a promo code included exclusively in our Newsletter!
How it works ?
Our Newsletter or "Newsletter" is a means of maintaining regular contact with our customers/visitors who have voluntarily subscribed to this list. Stay informed by email of all our news, arrivals of animals and monthly promotions!

Order several units of certain items at once and get a reduced price directly!
How it works ?
Some items are available at decreasing prices depending on the quantity ordered. These articles are identifiable when you consult their detailed sheets. A table summarizes the discounts offered and when you order in the quantities indicated, the total amount of your basket is automatically adapted!
4) Promotional item
Regularly check the promotional items to earn from -10% to -50% on the base price!
How it works ?
Some items are available at promotional prices. These items can be identified by their crossed out base prices accompanied by the percentage reduction in red, next to the new promotional price.
You find these items when you scroll through the "PROMOTIONS" displayed on our home page or when you directly consult the detailed sheets of the items concerned.
